24-Hour Cancellation Policy
Cancellations within 24 hrs are subject to a fee. We value your time & ours.
No Answer = No Show
If we cannot reach you at arrival, a no-show fee will be charged.
Pay at Completion
Full payment is due immediately after services are rendered.
Water Refills May Be Needed
As a mobile unit, we may need access to refill our water supply.
Aggressive Pets
We may stop a groom for safety. A partial fee may still apply.
Health Disclosure
Inform us of any conditions or sensitivities before your appointment.
Late Arrivals
Please notify us if running late. Appointments may be rescheduled after 15 min.

By booking an appointment with Ruff Cutz, you acknowledge and understand the following: Grooming procedures carry inherent risks. Ruff Cutz is not liable for pre-existing health conditions that become apparent during grooming. Senior dogs may have an increased risk of stress or health complications. Severely matted coats may require shaving close to the skin which can expose pre-existing skin conditions. In the event your pet becomes unmanageable, the session may be ended for the safety of the animal and groomer. A formal waiver will be presented and must be signed at the time of your appointment.
